Delivery

Normal lead time within Europe is 1-7 business days depending on the destination. We offer a fast delivery of stock items, so that you can quickly refill your stock and ensure that your customers can expect a fast processing of their order and a fast delivery. We always strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, and if you order a stocked item before 1 pm on a business day we will usually get your order shipped the same day.

However, some fireplaces require that we send them on pallets and this is unfortunately not always possible to do with same-day shipping.

Certainly, if you have a specific freight agreement in place that allows for flexibility in terms of collecting goods from either our warehouse in Denmark or United Kingdom. It's essential to ensure that all the terms and conditions of your freight agreement are clearly outlined to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes related to the collection and transportation of goods between these locations. If you have any specific questions or need further information about this arrangement, feel free to ask. After placing the order, we will send you pallet dimensions and weight.

As soon as we complete and pack your order, tracking information will automatically be sent to your email address, where you will be able to track the package until delivery. When we send larger fireplaces or larger quantities of fireplaces, it will be sent on a pallet with a shipping company. The shipping company will contact you before delivery so that you can agree on a suitable delivery date.

If you do not receive any tracking information - please contact your contact person where we will be able to help you.

If you need a custom-made fireplace in tailor-made dimensions, colours, etc., the production and delivery time will vary. The expected delivery time is therefore agreed with your contact person when ordered.

We provide dropshipping services in nearly every European country. The cost is €29 for parcels and €99 for pallet shipments (changes may occur depending on the destination). You can find additional information about our dropshipping concept here.
